The Optimatic 1 Control
System is supplied with the extremely operator-friendly
OptiTronic Powder Gun Control Unit, which offers the following
advantages when coating:

The PG2-A
gun features the latest in integrated cascade technology.
The integral cascade ensures constant voltage output at the tip
of the gun. The high power charge combined with the Patented
GEMA air rinsed electrode ensures maximum transfer efficiency
with consistent and uniform film build.
In production situation where improved surface quality and
superior penetration are required the Supercorona ring can be
easily incorporated to remove the disruptive free ions from the
charging field.
SUPERIOR
FLUIDISATION AND POWDER TRANSFER Hopper sizes are available from 50 to
200 litre capacity, the PH hopper is designed to ensure even
fluidisation across the whole of the hopper base, which is
critical to ensure consistent powder flow to the guns.
The powder hoppers are fabricated from stainless steel giving a
robust design with greater deteriation resistance with repeated
cleaning. To ensure easy cleaning the hopper is circular with
the fluid tile detaching via a simple clamping mechanism.

The PI-3V
injector is controlled via the PGC module and ensures constant
powder flow from the guns.
The injector connects directly to a suction tube mounted into
the lid of the powder hopper and features quick disconnect
couplings for rapid disassembly and cleaning.
INCREASED
SYSTEM FLEXIBILITY To increase the versatility
and flexibility of the Gema guns, a large number of accessories
are available. To enhance surface quality the super corona is
available for both manual and automatic guns, as is a range of
deflector heads, extensions and for the automatic gun a range of
angled nozzles.
