Manual coating booth for the most demanding quality requirements


This small, compact booth with high recovery efficiency has proven itself over the years in hundreds of installations. It is used by job coaters and for manual touch-up stations. The CRS-H is ideal for achieving high quality coating results in small production runs. It is also well suited as a cleaning booth for powder containers and recovery system components of large systems.
The powerful, non-polluting recirculation air system of the CRS-H/32 features a low-noise, reverse-jet cleaning system (jet cleaning on the CRS H/28) that prolongs the life of the filter material and improves the ambient conditions in the workplace. Like all members of the CRS manual coating booth family the CRS-H is equipped with a removable rear panel which is essential for fast colour changes, simple cleaning and cartridge changes.
Although this booth is designed as a compact unit, the large manual spraying opening of 1300 x 1300mm provides adequate freedom to the operator and allows coating of large workpieces.
The CRS-H can optionally be equipped with special filters for enamel powders.

 




 

Open design for best flexibility

CRS-W is the name of the new recovery system which is designed as an "open" manual coating booth. It was particularly designed for simple and universal application. Due to its open design the CRS-W can be positioned directly under a conveyor system. In addition it can be used for coating workpieces of practically any size.
The recirculation air system can be optionally equipped with three different suction units. When a powder trolley is used, the CRS-W can also be operated as a closed powder coating circuit.
In conjunction with the MPS 1-B manual coating unit the powder can be picked up directly from the supplier's container. This saves time if frequent colour changes are necessary.
The
CRS-W is the perfect add-on to your automatic booth, for coating small production runs, as a touch-up station, or as a multifunction workstation for job coaters.
