The main feature of the PG2-A is the one-piece shaft. A gasket between the carrier bracket and the shaft prevents powder from entering the gun. The integrated power generator is interchangeable.

Quicker colour changes possible

The quick-change coupling permits the simple, and rapid exchange of powder hoses at a colour change. A rounded upper surface reduces powder build-up on the gun to a minimum. A PG2-A, with the lower rounded surface and connections facing downward is also available when replacing the PG1-A on existing booths.

The PG2-A with Nozzles for normal, and metallic coating

Powder, which is highly charged by the patented vented centre electrode of the flat jet nozzle, penetrates very well into extremely deep cavities. Even coating thickness and a high transfer efficiency lower powder consumption. Of course, nozzles and retrofit sets for almost every possible application are available for PG2-A and PG2-AX.

X-Extension tubes in 4 lengths

The powder and air hoses, and also the gun power cable are integrated inside the easy-to-clean extension tube. The connections are outside the booth. This makes colour changes much easier and faster. Also with this configuration of the gun the high-voltage cascade is directly behind the centre electrode and guarantees maximum charging.

The SuperCorona contact is now inside the shaft

With difficult to coat work-pieces or for thicker coatings the SuperCorona Set assures that surfaces are free from the <orange peel effect>. The retrofit set can be fitted to the gun on-site without problem because the connection is integrated in the gun.
